Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 3, 2026
LKPS North America is committed to helping protect children and families who use our website and mobile applications. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not upload, share, request, promote, or facilitate any content or activity involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors. Attempts to use LKPS services for these purposes are strictly forbidden.
Reporting
Safety concerns may be reported through the Contact Us page by selecting Board of Directors. Reports should include enough detail for LKPS administrators and board members to review the concern promptly.
Review And Enforcement
LKPS administrators may review reported content or behavior, remove violating content, restrict or terminate account access, and preserve relevant information when needed for safety or legal purposes.
Escalation
When LKPS becomes aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or credible child safety threats, we may report the matter to law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or other appropriate authorities as required by law.
Prevention
LKPS services are intended for community membership, events, donations, news, and family profile management. We limit access to sensitive member features, monitor reports from users, and act on policy violations to help maintain a safe community environment.
